Reservation Policy
Booking Confirmation
- Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation. Please ensure that the information is correct and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
- Your booking is only confirmed once you have received this email and full payment has been processed.
Payment Methods

Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made less 2 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the booking process.
Non-Refundable Bookings
- Some services or special offers may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Please review these terms before making your reservation.
Modifications
- Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. While we will do our best to accommodate your changes, we cannot guarantee that all modifications will be possible.
No Shows
- If you fail to appear for your scheduled service without prior notification, no refund will be given.
Force Majeure
- PushkaTrip.com is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee refunds or rescheduling.
